Belinda

Physiotherapist

Belinda completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Western Sydney University and has since gained experience across private practice, hospital and community settings.

Her experience includes musculoskeletal rehabilitation with a focus on exercise prescription, as well as hospital work across orthopaedics and trauma wards, neurology and stroke wards, and acute care.

Belinda focuses on helping people stay mobile, independent and confident in everyday life.

Her approach is holistic, practical and exercise-based with a strong focus on functional and goal-driven rehabilitation.

She has a particular interest in neurological rehabilitation, post-operative conditions and falls prevention.

Belinda is also fluent in Chinese (Teo Chew).

Outside of work she enjoys bouldering, running and hiking, as well as spending time with her dog and two budgies.
