Move Healthcare COVID-19 Home Care Safe Work instructions updated
The Health and Wellbeing of our clients and staff is of the upmost importance to us at Move Healthcare. We have recently updated out Covid-19 Home Care Safe Work instructions and have also added some extra measures to ensure we are maximising the safety precautions for our clients and staff.
These extra precautions include our staff participating in weekly Covid 19 surveillance screening. This involves our staff taking 2 self-administered rapid Antigen tests each week. Test results will be saved and documented. If a positive result is returned the staff member will take a nose/throat PCR test immediately and isolate as appropriate until results are returned.
We will also ensure our staff, if deemed to be a casual contact and return a negative PCR test, to undertake daily rapid antigen tests for a further 7 days following a negative PCR test.
Both of the above measures go above what is recommended by the NSW Public Health orders.
